How to make Ekkado

Ingredients:
  • 100 grams of peeled shrimp
  • 100 grams of minced chicken meat
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 stick of carrot, grated roughly (optional)
  • 10 boiled quail eggs
  • 2 pieces of beancurd skin, soak cold water until limp, cut into size 10 x 10 cm
  • 1 leek, finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of sago flour
  • 1 chicken egg shake off + 1 chicken egg for dyeing material
  • enough mattress thread to bind

  • 1/2 teaspoon of powdered pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (soy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of powder broth (optional)
Instruction:
  • Do it until all the ingredients are finished, steaming in hot heat for 15 minutes. Lift. Dip the ekkado into the beaten egg and fry it in hot oil until the skin of the tofu is crisp and golden brown. Ekkado is ready to be served with bottled chili sauce. Yummy!
  • Mix shrimp with baking soda, smooth, let stand 10 minutes. Chop the shrimp until soft. Prepare a bowl, add chicken, shrimp, carrots, spring onions and spices, add sago flour and beat eggs. Stir well. Taste it.

  • Place one sheet of beancurd on a cutting board, fill it with 1 tablespoon of filling mixture, give 1 quail egg.

  • Bring the ends of the beancurd skin up and tie with mattress threads into small bundles
